Return & Refund Policy
At E-find Bookstore, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can request a return, replacement, or refund for items purchased on www.efindbookstore.in.
1. Eligibility for Return/Refund/Replacement.
Our Return/Refund/Replacment policy only applies when the books are damaged and the customer should apply for the same within 3 days of receiving the package.
The consumer have to make a 360° Unpacking video in which the order label is visible.
The unpacking video is mandatory in following Cases :
✅Return/replace or refund.
✅Wrong item received by the customer.
✅Missing products.
2. Conditions for Return/Replacement/Refund.
“Damages” covered under refund/return/replacement policy only include:
1.Severe spine damages, due to which pages are coming apart.
2.In transit damages [corner bents/little dents/cover scratches do not come under this]
3. More than 2 pages are misprinted.
4. More than 2 pages are torn.
5.More than 2 pages are missing.
6.Smudge making the pages unreadable. There should be more than 3 pages like this to qualify for replacement.
Note : Any kind of Box Sets like Harry Potter/Shatter Me Series include boxes, which is delicate and might get damaged in transit. Our return/refund/replacement policy does not cover the damages if any to the outer box. If books are damaged, it will come under our policy. No Return/Replacement for Mystery Box.
Note : Any Kind of clearance sale items will not be covered under our return replacement/refund policy.
3. How to Initiate a return/replacement
1. Email us at support@efindbookstore.in within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item if applicable.
3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions, including details on how to ship the item back, if approved.
4. Return Shipping
Our courier person will pick up the package in case of return/replacements from the customer’s doorstep. The shipping charge in such cases will be borne by us.
5. Refund Policy
Customers will receive a full refund in situations where a package is returned to us due to any kind of service Failure.
If the customer refuses to accept the order and the parcel is returned to us, we will deduct the shipping charge at the time of refund.
If the customer puts wrong contact number or wrong pincode and the parcel is returned to us, we will deduct the shipping charge at the time of refund.
Refund will be credited to the original payment Method within 7-10 working Days.
6. Replacement Policy :
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund for a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.
Replacement will be done in 6-7 days.
7.Cancellation Policy:
• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped(3-5 Working Days)
• To cancel, contact us at support@efindbookstore.in with your order details.
• If your order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return (refer to Sections 1 and 2).
Note : In some cases we can cancel your product due to stock issue or any other similar circumstances.
Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped within 3-5 Working Days and will be delivered within 6-8 Working Days.
